Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
